Height units remain unchanged when coordinate conversions are applied, but sometimes you need to change them, especially when the target format is limited to a specific unit. This happens with KML, where meters are mandatory.

When exporting data, specifically when using the SPMEXPORT function, it is now possible to define the units for height conversion. This is particularly useful when the target format is for Google Earth (KML/KMZ), which requires height values to be in meters. Consequently, this height unit conversion option is also available when publishing directly to Google Earth using the SPMCREATEKML function.
