Some improvements have been included in the ‘Spatial Manager’ web store, allowing the availability of more application license types (Network, Multi activation, etc.) covering a wider range of user needs depending on their installations and schemes of operation of their technical offices

  • Network licenses
    • Allow sharing the license on several workstations
    • This license type is supplied with a unique serial number (now Activation Key), and possible future extension of the license seats will continue to use this same Key. This single Activation Key makes license management and archiving much easier for any user
    • Note that they are limited to a maximum of 3 computer activated per network seat (the number of seats is entered in the “Quantity” box). For example, a network license for 2 seats can be activated on up to 6 computers and will allow you to work on any 2 of these 6 simultaneously
    • This licensing system does not require the installation and maintenance of any local network license server, since the status of the licenses is checked through the Internet (as it was already done for stand-alone licenses)
  • Multi activation stand-alone licenses
    • Also, for stand-alone licenses, now, when you specify any amount in the box “Quantity” a single Activation Key is generated which is valid for the number of seats specified as “Quantity”. As is the case with network licenses, possible future extension of the license seats now will continue to use this same Key. Also as with network licenses, this single Activation Key makes license management and archiving much easier
  • 3-Years of Updates/Support included
    • All ‘Spatial Manager’ licenses are perpetual, but until now they always have 1 year of Updates/Support included in the price. As you can see in the image above, now you can purchase the license including 3 years of Updates/Support in the price
    • On the one hand, this allows for a longer period of time without worrying about the end of license Updates/support, and on the other hand, it has a reduced price (basically it is an extension 3x2 price)
    • In either case, you can extend the Updates/Support period of any license at any time by using the Updates/Support Extension products, also available in the application web store
